Benchmark CoManage / Co-Managed IT
Keep your internal expertise and the administration you want to manage. Bring Benchmark alongside your team for specialist support, defined oversight and complex changes—with responsibilities agreed in writing.
01 / Built to work alongside you
For organizations with an authorized internal administrator or IT team, multi-location operators needing technical depth, and leaders who want visibility without carrying every technical task.
Your team may handle standard account requests, coordinate vendors or make operational decisions. A shared model makes those responsibilities visible and secure. Benchmark CoManage is a shared-administration offer, distinct from the outsourced operating model of Benchmark ManagedPro.
02 / A responsibility map
This is an example of how work can be divided. Your service schedule assigns the actual tasks, owners and boundaries.

03 / Shared security rules
Delegation should make the work easier without making accountability harder to trace.
Routine, non-privileged administration may be delegated through platform-specific roles. High-risk account recovery, privileged access and security changes need stronger verification and a documented approval path.
Your engagement / Benchmark CoManage
Organizations with a designated executive or internal administrator who want to share the work with Benchmark.
Shared administration, escalations, oversight, change approvals and reporting—with a clear responsibility map.
Monthly account minimum plus covered users, devices, sites and modules. Projects are quoted separately.
Client-assigned tasks remain outside Benchmark’s scope unless separately contracted. Access and decision rights follow the agreed responsibility map.
Your proposal and signed agreement confirm the scope, responsibilities, charges and service commitments before work begins.
04 / Getting started
Map your systems, current administrators and the gaps where you want support.
Agree who owns each task, the access it needs and the controls around it.
Work to that responsibility map, review changes and adjust as your organization develops.
05 / Questions, answered
No. Your service schedule identifies the work your team and Benchmark perform. Access, oversight and approvals follow the agreed responsibility map.
Routine non-privileged resets may be delegated using platform-specific permissions and verified identity processes. High-risk administrator recovery and security changes need stronger controls.
Your organization should retain ownership of client accounts and company data, with documented recovery control and authorized contacts. We review existing ownership and any transfer requirements during discovery.
AI may assist with explanations, documentation and approved requests. Sensitive administration remains subject to access controls, human approval and audit evidence; autonomous administration is not promised.
The agreement defines systems, recurring tasks, service windows, escalation, optional tools and separately quoted projects. After-hours response, monitoring and incident coverage are not assumed.
Monthly account minimum plus covered users, devices, sites and modules. Projects are quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the actual responsibilities, coverage and charges; this page makes no service-level guarantee.
We assess current access, dependencies and owners, then agree a transition and documentation plan. Client approvals, vendor cooperation, retention choices and platform constraints shape the timing.
