Plan Your Technology

Benchmark CloudShift

Change platforms with a plan your people can follow.

Moving cloud or identity platforms affects more than the systems. Benchmark CloudShift brings discovery, migration, testing, training and handover into a scoped project—with owners and acceptance criteria agreed before the transition.

01 / Who it is for

Benchmark CloudShift, shaped around your organization.

Organizations changing cloud, workplace or identity platforms and needing a defined transition plan.

Scoped discovery, migration, testing, training, stabilization and handover. The signed scope connects these activities to named owners and an agreed way of working.

02 / What we do together

Know what the work involves.

These are the areas we review when defining your engagement—not an automatic bundle of every service.

Understand before moving

Map the environment and the workflows that depend on it before choosing a migration approach.

  • Identify accounts, data and application dependencies
  • Assess Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or hybrid requirements
  • Confirm licensing, permissions and vendor constraints

Test the transition

Agree the move sequence, approvals and checks that matter to your organization.

  • Define migration scope and acceptance criteria
  • Plan testing, cutover and contingency decisions
  • Validate agreed identity, access and data outcomes

Help people settle in

A transition is not complete when the data finishes moving.

  • Provide the training and documentation specified in the SOW
  • Complete scoped stabilization and acceptance review
  • Hand over administration, ownership and support contacts

Your engagement / Benchmark CloudShift

A clear agreement from the start.

Organizations changing cloud, workplace or identity platforms and needing a defined transition plan.

The outcome we work toward

Scoped discovery, migration, testing, training, stabilization and handover.

How the engagement is structured

One-time migration statement of work. Hypercare and ongoing support are priced separately.

Where the boundaries sit

Source and destination systems, data, dependencies, acceptance criteria and handover are defined in the statement of work. Hypercare and ongoing support are priced separately.

Your proposal and signed agreement confirm the scope, responsibilities, charges and service commitments before work begins.

04 / From first conversation to delivery

A defined next step at every stage.

  1. 01

    Discover and scope

Confirm source and destination platforms, data, dependencies, constraints and the work included in the migration.

  2. 02

    Move and validate

Follow the agreed testing and cutover plan, with named approvals and documented acceptance checks.

  3. 03

    Stabilize and hand over

Complete the defined stabilization tasks and handover. Any extended hypercare or ongoing support uses separately priced coverage.

05 / Questions, answered

Know where you stand before you begin.

Which platforms can we move between?

Platform fit and migration feasibility are assessed during discovery. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hybrid and selected other environments have different limitations; features and data do not always migrate one-for-one.

Does the project include ongoing IT support?

No. The migration SOW defines stabilization and handover. Hypercare and ongoing support are priced separately; ManagedPro or CoManage may be considered for the environment after handover.

Can you promise no downtime or data loss?

No blanket guarantee is made. Dependencies, source quality, platform limitations, backups, cutover windows and contingency arrangements must be assessed and documented in the project plan.
