Before work begins, the proposal identifies what will be delivered, who is responsible and how completion will be reviewed.
Cloud consumption, licensing, migration, backup, security tools and ongoing support are separately stated. Savings and platform compatibility are assessed rather than guaranteed. Data residency, retention and regulatory requirements require review with your organization and advisers.
Recurring services use an agreed service schedule. Assessments and projects use a defined statement of work. Your proposal states the actual charges, dependencies, exclusions and approval process—before you commit.
