Tampa, FL – September 2nd, 2025 – Benchmark Technology Corporation today announced the successful spin-off of four of its business divisions—Tellco Partnerships d/b/a Broadlink Communications, Benchmark Media, mrk, and SimpliSmart—into separate, independently operated companies. This strategic move is designed to provide each organization with the agility, focus, and resources needed to accelerate growth in its respective industry.
